Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted with 809 primary and secondary school students, covering basic information and their needs for medical and mental health knowledge. Results: 90.36% of the students strongly support bringing medical science education into schools; 61.06% of the students expect one session per week; practical, interactive, and engaging forms of education are more favored by the respondents; the most concerning topics include daily dietary health, regular sleep patterns, mental health concepts, and how to maintain mental health. Conclusion: The primary and secondary school years are crucial for cultivating healthy attitudes and habits.
