基于 CiteSpace 的国内临床教师教学能力研究热点与前沿的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Research Hotspots and Frontiers of the Teaching Ability of Domestic Clinical Teachers Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的:分析目前国内有关临床教师教学能力的研究现状、热点及未来趋势,为后续研究提供参考。方法:选取中国知网(CNKI)为文献数据库,检索目前与临床教师教学能力相关文献,利用CiteSpace 软件对纳入研究的有效文献进行关键词共现图谱、聚类图谱以及突现图谱的绘制,结合图谱分析目前有关临床教师教学能力的研究热点、演变过程以及未来趋势。结果:研究共纳入有效文献 236 篇,2021、2023、2024 年度发文量较之前有明显提升;现有研究热点为教学能力模型构建、胜任力现状调查、师资培养模式等。结论:临床教师教学能力研究进展受政策推动作用显著;临床教师教学能力模型构建是长期以来关注的研究热点;临床教师教学能力培养是未来的研究方向。

Abstract

Objective:This paper analyzes the current research status, hotspots and future research on the teaching ability of clinical teachers in China, so as to provide reference for follow-up research. Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) was selected as the literature database, and the current literature related to the teaching ability of clinical teachers was searched, and the effective literature included in the study was plotted by using CiteSpace software to draw the keyword co-occurrence map, cluster map and emergence, and the current research hotspots, evolution process and future trends of clinical teachers’ teaching ability were analyzed by combining the map. Results:A total of 236 valid articles were included in the study, and the number of papers published in 2021, 2023, and 2024 was significantly higher than before. The existing research hotspots include the construction of teaching ability model, the investigation of the current situation of competency, and the teacher training model.Conclusion:The research progress of clinical teachers’ teaching ability is significantly promoted by policies. The construction of clinical teachers’ teaching ability model has been a research hotspot for a long time. The cultivation of clinical teachers’ teaching ability is the future research direction.
