Objective:To establish a case management model for patients with neurogenic vesicosacral neuroregulation by using research-based quality control circle. Methods:With the theme of “Building a case management model for patients with neurogenic vesicosacral neuroregulation”, quality control circle activities were carried out to investigate and analyze the current situation of patients from the stages of admission, perioperative period, discharge and home, explore the key points, formulate feasible countermeasures and implement them, including setting up a multidisciplinary case management team and focusing on cooperation. Establish a case management model, emphasizing intervention; Case management information construction, heavy feedback, etc. Results:The second-stage conversion rate of sacral neuroregulation, balance bladder rate, incidence of urinary tract infection, quality of life score, anxiety and depression score, and satisfaction of patients were significantly improved compared with those before implementation, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The research quality control circle established a case management model for patients with neurogenic cystosacral neuroregulation led by case managers, which made the clinical management of patients with neurogenic bladder more comprehensive, standardized and consistent, and improved the quality of life of patients.
