The construction of county-level medical communities plays a pivotal role in deepening healthcare system reform and strengthening primary healthcare services. This paper closely examines the specific conditions of Shaanxi Province, based on the latest policy directions, with the comprehensive and distinctive regional data to provide an in-depth analysis of the current state of county-level medical communities development. It accurately identifies existing challenges and proposes a series of targeted and feasible countermeasures. The study shows that while Shaanxi Province has made certain achievements in developing county-level medical communities, it still faces numerous challenges in areas such as management models, resource allocation, and personnel reserves. Therefore, it is essential to further strengthen policy support and promote coordinated development among all parties to ensure the sustainable progress of county-level medical communities.
