高等学历继续教育中课程思政建设价值观引领的实施路径研究

摘要: 目的:随着终身学习体系的建立与社会主义核心价值观的普及提升,社会对高等学历继续教育课程思政建设提出了更高的要求,为适应社会变迁、职业技能提升、思想道德建设等发展需求,本文从实际出发,探讨高等学历继续教育中课程思政建设价值观引领实施路径,为实现高等学历继续教育人才培养质量的全面提升提供理论支撑。方法:通过文献研究法和跨学科研究法,构建了理论框架并提出了新的教育模式和方法。结果:思政元素在高等学历继续教育中具有全方位的教育功能,旨在传播正确价值观,提升成人学生的认知能力和道德判断力,同时,师资队伍建设在课程思政建设中具有示范引领作用。结论:通过课程融合、教学方法创新、数字赋能和师资队伍建设等策略,可形成“评价 - 反馈 - 改进”的闭环管理,持续优化课程思政建设,同时价值观引领需贯穿课程设计、实施与评价全过程,以达到最终提升高等学历继续教育人才培养质量的目的。

Abstract

Objective: With the establishment of a lifelong learning system and the popularization and promotion of socialist core values, society has put forward higher requirements for the ideological and political education in higher education continuing education courses. To adapt to social changes, the improvement of vocational skills, and the construction of ideological and moral standards, this article, based on reality, explores the implementation paths of ideological and political education in higher education continuing education courses, providing theoretical support for the comprehensive improvement of the quality of talent cultivation in higher education continuing education. Methods:Through literature research, and interdisciplinary research methods, a theoretical framework was constructed and new educational models and methods were proposed. Results: Ideological and political elements have a comprehensive educational function in higher education, aiming at spreading correct values and improving the cognitive ability and moral judgment of adult students. Meanwhile, the construction of teachers plays a leading role in the construction of ideological and political courses. Conclusion:Through the strategies of curriculum integration, teaching method innovation, digital empowerment and teacher team building, a closed-loop management of “evaluation-feedback-improvement” can be formed to continuously optimize the construction of ideological and political courses. At the same time, value guidance should run through the whole process of course design, implementation and evaluation to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher education continuing education.
