基于问卷调查的中小学生医学与心理健康知识科普需求分析

摘要: 目的:调查中小学生对于医学和心理健康知识科普的需求,为后续促进中小学生掌握科学知识、培养科学思维、提升科学素养打下理论与实践基础。方法:以 809 名中小学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,从基本信息、对于医学知识科普和心理健康知识科普的需求等方面展开调查。 结果:90.36% 的中小学生非常支持医学科普进校园;61.06% 的中小学生期望的科普频率为一周一次;实践性强、互动性强、趣味性强的科普形式更受调查对象期待;被调查者比较关心的科普内容包括日常饮食健康、规律作息、心理健康概念以及如何保持心理健康等。结论:中小学阶段是培养健康观念、养成健康习惯的重要时期,中小学生对于医学与心理健康知识科普的态度积极,应针对性地开展健康科普教育。

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the demand for medical and mental health knowledge among primary and secondary school students, laying a theoretical and practical foundation for promoting scientific knowledge, fostering scientific thinking, and enhancing scientific literacy in these students. Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted with 809 primary and secondary school students, covering basic information and their needs for medical and mental health knowledge. Results: 90.36% of the students strongly support bringing medical science education into schools; 61.06% of the students expect one session per week; practical, interactive, and engaging forms of education are more favored by the respondents; the most concerning topics include daily dietary health, regular sleep patterns, mental health concepts, and how to maintain mental health. Conclusion: The primary and secondary school years are crucial for cultivating healthy attitudes and habits. Students have a positive attitude towards medical and mental health knowledge education, and it is essential to actively promote such education.
