基于 OBE 理论的《组织学与胚胎学》混合式教学改革探索 ——以农村订单定向医学生实证研究为例

摘要: 本研究基于 OBE 理论,以服务基层医疗需求为导向,构建了契合农村订单定向医学生《组织学与胚胎学》课程的线上线下混合式教学模式下的“基层导向 - 多元设计 - 综合评价”教学改革体系。结果表明,实验组实验成绩、期末成绩和综合成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。调查问卷结果表明,实验组对教学改革满意度较高。实践证明,该教学改革不仅能显著提升学生学习成绩,同时也能从思想上增强其基层职业认同感,提升基层服务职业素养,为基层全科医疗人才的培养提供了理论和实践参考。

Abstract

Based on the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) theory and oriented towards serving grassroots medical needs, this study constructed an online and offline blended teaching model for the Histology and Embryology course tailored for rural-oritented medical students, and established a teaching reform system featuring “grassroots orientation, diversified design, and comprehensive evaluation”. The results indicated that the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group at the experimental test, final exam, and overall exam (P < 0.05). Questionnaire results indicated that the experimental group was highly satisfied with the teaching reform. This practice shows that this teaching reform not only significantly improves students’ academic performance but also strengthens their sense of professional identity with grassroots work and enhances their competence in grassroots service, offering useful theoretical and practical reference for training general practitioners for grassroots healthcare.
